Who's going to have to bite the bulet? I don't actually understand the politics here (I'm UK based and currently trying to learn more about America Politics), but this is what the Minority report does in the original Philip K Dick short story (read it...its much better than the film, not least because it shows that Tom Cruise's character should've been balding and middle aged..I love Hollywood). Just thought it would be amusing in an unrelated case where someone used the same term.
