		<description>Hi, P.I, I saw your comment, so naturally I went over and checked your analysis. Funny how we thought the same thing, analyzing the interview. Likewise, I believe it is biased and the editor confirmed that the interview was moderated. 

I also wondered why she emphasized the color of her skin not once, but three times. That does infer a degree of racism, whether she is aware of it or not. 

Since she has a tenure, she can continue working at Gallaudet, either as a faculty member, or in a staff position.</description>
